London Day 3 Part 2

So we disembark from the boat.  Colin goes off by himself to join the Rock 'n' Roll walking tour at 1pm and Amy and I have some 'Girlie time'.  Colin really enjoyed his walking tour and has been spouting lots of facts about The Beatles, Led Zepplin and other bands with history around London!

As Amy keeps on informing us this is Victoria Clock Tower rather than Big Ben as Big Ben is the name of the bell rather than the building!
And who is worried about her not going to school, certainly not us!!

Amy not getting too close to the horse as the other horse on the other side wasn't very happy and was spinning around.  Poor horses and guards do four hour shifts.

Amy and I head onto the Hop on Hop off Bus to go to the National History Museum
to see the DINOSAURS!!  Earphones on for the commentary as we go round.

The British Museum

Chinatown

View of Piccadilly Circus

Royal Albert Hall

Now we are off the bus and walking to the National History Museum.  The bus has taken so long that Colin has finished his walking tour and is now on his way to meet us!  This is modern art?!

Baden Powell House - the founder of Scouting

WOW, what a beautiful building we certainly have arrived at the National History Museum but WOW the queues were ENORMOUS!!
But Amy and I were determined to wait to see the DINOSAURS!

So Amy and I have been waiting for over an hour now and look who swanned in up the steps at the main entrance (Colin spoke nicely to the person stopping everyone climbing the steps!) and is now waiting for us to finish queuing to get in with us, blooming cheeky!!

Wowee, the DINOSAURS!!  Oh yeah and back to queuing again to get into the Dinosaur exhibits!

DINOSAURS Galore!!

And the FINALE Mr T REX himself, ROAR!!!!

Another thing Amy wanted to see was the Blue Whale, wowcha it was MASSIVE!

We struggled to get out of the National History Museum as they were starting to close down all the different parts as it was late afternoon, LET US OUT!!!  Ha Ha!

Here are two dude's busking once we eventually got out of the National History Museum!
