| Our hearts sank this morning as our Advocate called at 08.30am oh gosh why??? We were thinking the worst but she was ringing to say we would exchange contracts at 2pm rather than midday, phew big sigh of relief!!!  |
| The estate agent popped round to pick up his sign and took a photo of us, classic!!! |

| Locking up the house for the final time, in a couple of hours time our contracts will be completed and we will no longer be classed as 'Home Owners' |

| No parking spaces so Colin jumps out of the car to drop off the keys at our Advocates! It's now 1pm we are due to complete at 2pm!! |
