Leaving Amsterdam! 

 

Enjoying the last view of the canal before our next adventure, Jemima is all ready!  And then the wobbly tooth starts bleeding aargggh!!!  After all the bleeding the tooth still hasn’t come out!!!!!

 

 

Now here we go again, ready to tackle with the bike’s again!!

Just double checking oh yes says Schiphol airport, phew we will get out of Amsterdam

 

 

Away to join the slowest check-in queue we have ever experienced with Icelandair!!  We caused some confusion here as to enter America you need to prove that you leave there too.  So we said do you mean when we leave to go to Vancouver as then we go to Alaska which is America or do you mean when we go to Tokyo from Hawaii as Hawaii is also America!!   Supervisor was called and we showed her our big organised folder with all our tickets and explained what we were doing!  She just said ‘Wow, amazing and I can’t argue with all those tickets you certainly won’t be staying in the US with all those adventures planned!’  All our flights have been the cheapest way we could get to our next destination as we couldn’t waste £’s on airtickets.  So we actually fly Amsterdam to Reykjavik and then onwards to New York.

You certainly don't want to be working in Schiphol Airport as it isn't very well laid out!

Bye bye Amsterdam, just never felt the love from Amsterdam but glad we went and saw the sights, now onto our next adventure!!!

 

 

Using up the Euro’s, any excuse Mr A!!!  Don't worry one beer is for me :o)
