3rd May
Happy Birthday Daddy :O)))
Amy’s
cards we picked up along the way so when we have internet we will need to translate
the ‘42’ card as it is in Danish!
Amy
is at kid’s club so Col and I went for a walk on the running track – 4 laps
makes 1 mile but it is sooooo windy!
Just watch hat on then…….
Hat
off ha ha!!
Colly
trying to stand, it is tricky!
I
couldn’t even get my hands up ha ha!! Hilarious :o))
So we stopped for a
brew at the outdoor pool bar Colin forgot his gloves so we shared my gloves
thankfully Colin is left handed for him holding his coffee and I have my right
hand glove for my hot water!
Amy arranged to have
our room decorated for Daddy’s birthday family shot with the decorations in the
background!
more
decorations
Amy
trying to keep the decoration on top of her head!
Decoration
on our room door! Oh I should say cabin door!!
– Lunchtime before
Amy heads back to kid’s club – So Amy is the only fully English speaking child
on board the ship she had morning session with Russian, Portuguese, Spanish and
French children! Amy loved it though as
she knows a few words in Spanish, French and Portuguese. Amy was learning Portuguese at school before
we left Amy. Amy managed to introduce
herself to the other children in Portuguese!
Well done Amy, so proud!
Amy goes to kid’s
club and Col and I go exploring of the ship after a 1 mile walk as it is not so
windy now!
Messing
about in the shops!
Oui

The
theatre
The
Centrum stairways
So this is
HILARIOUS! Amy arranged a chocolate cake
for Daddy to be delivered to the room.
When the cake arrived it had ‘Happy 74th Birthday Colin’ Just not sure where the 74th bit
came from the travelling has certainly aged him!! We had such a laugh so had to
eat the ‘74th’ bit first!
Soooooo funny and the cake was absolutely beautiful
Cutting the cake,
yummy!!
After
the cake the old man takes a snooze Amy caught in the act of taking Daddy’s
photo!
Sitting
in the R Bar having a special birthday drink before dinner, listening to the

Cheers
Colly, boy you just don’t look 74 ha ha!!
Our

The
captain’s reception and introducing all the top dogs of the ship
Waiting
for the BeeGee’s tribute band in the theatre to start! Daddy’s birthday treat and Amy is impressed
that the BeeGee’s are from the Isle of Man.
Amy loved the dancing to Saturday Night Fever and Staying Alive, really
good tribute band!
