House news!!

Well there has been a lot happen over the past few weeks which I have been unable to put onto the Blog but here is a snapshot!

We had a further push with the house, we reduced the price further and got a new bespoke sign made up!  We advertised on every website we could think of along with Facebook, Twitter and in the paper.

 

So we had a really good turn out at the Open House with 8 separate viewers, by 6pm on Saturday we had a second viewing booked in for Monday 24th.

Monday's viewing went well with a third viewing booked for Wednesday and another second viewing booked for Saturday.

 





So with a few phone calls to and fro we have now accepted an offer on the house with the deal that we complete by 11th April and we cancel our other second viewing!!  Just hard to believe at the moment, need the news to sink in but we are all very happy :o) :o) :o)
